As I started decorating I realized that I have so many lovely things that have come from my blogging friends and it was like you WERE there with me already.:) This amazing button pumpkin was made for me by my sweet Sister, Robin! Is it me or what?? I LOVE it! Thanks Robin!

Now for the photo shoot! Look who we bumped into while we were in Dallas! The girls had Andes mints and they wanted so badly to share them with Edward.:) (He looks a bit put off. We all know that Edward does not like "people" food. lol)

Ah... this is better. Katie is a bit beside herself, though! And look at the smile on Mandy's face!

We saw these fellows at Nordstrom. They have great taste!:)

Now, who is going opening night to the movie? Do you have your tickets already? I plan on going with two of my friends but we are going to wait a week or two. sigh...

18 years....

Isn't he cute? He's all mine.:) Today we celebrate 18 years together.... I have made a list of 18 of the many reasons why I love my wonderful husband....

1. He tells me I'm pretty.

2. He puts up with my crafting into the wee hours.

3. He watches sappy and scary movies with me.

4. He is not threatened by Edward or Jacob.

5. He tucks me in when he leaves for work in the morning.

6. He does "girlie things" (like going to the American Girl Place) because he loves his girls.

7. He fills up my car with gas so I don't have to.

8. He is the best Dad.

9. He is my own personal Handyman!

10. He is a secret romantic.:)

11. He kept the fire going all through the night during the last ice storm so we would all stay warm.

12. He drives on all our trips. How he can keep going for 6 hours+ is amazing to me. I just fall asleep...

13. He listens to my worries and complaints. He is a saint!

14. He keeps me warm.:)

15. He is reliable. If he says he will do something- he does. I know this doesn't sound romantic, but it is...

16. He likes my cooking, but takes me out to eat so I don't have to...

17. He has the cutest dimples.

18. He is always there for me.....

Stepping Back in Time...

We stepped back in time the other day...

into the days when life was simpler....

We took a field trip to a one room school house!

Fall Swap Packages!

I had such fun hosting my 2nd annual Fall Swap! You ladies are amazing and the creative packages I have been seeing (and hearing about!) inspire me to no end!

I could not wait to share the wonderful package that I received from my partner (and dear friend) Jill!

She made me to most beautiful wrap! On the tag she wrote, "A scarf full of posies to keep you cozy." Yep. That's Jill. Cute, creative and kind.:) I wore it to the fashion show and I cannot tell you how many compliments I received! The colors made me swoon...

Look at these darling tags! They make me giddy! Just think of all the cuteness they will add to packages. Are YOU worthy?;)

What could this be? A new amazing lipstick for Fall. What else? Recommended by the Pioneer Woman, no less. Yes, I wore it to the fashion show, too.:)

I have had my eye on this Happy Halloween book- by Country Living! Hobby Lobby sells them but they are sealed so you can't peek inside. Imagine that. Now I have my very own and can look and look all I want! I am now inspired to host a Halloween party at my house- Yippee!
