What food item is your holiday not complete without?  Smoked oysters and wassail

Favorite holiday memory?  Watching my girls open presents from Santa

A holiday tradition that you cherish?  When I was little, we always opened presents on Christmas Eve and Santa's gifts on Christmas morning
