Crisp Apples.....
Making caramel apples has become a tradition at our house. We all enjoy it and everyone gets to choose their favorite toppings...
those look so yummy! I have never tried making them with andes mints(which are one of my favorite candies!).

What did you use to melt your caramel? A double boiler? How many bags of caramels do you have to use to get that much melted caramel? It looks sooo good Lori!

ReplyDeleteI made some the other night for my family and there gone already! Can't say NO to my dd eatting caramel apples (with candy corn or broken pieces of Mother's brand Halloween Circus Animal cookies) after she's had oatmeal for breakfast. You know the saying "An Apple a Day". Well- how often do ya make caramel apples, so of course I folded like a paper cup and said Yes! Sheesh- should do this everyday :O)!
