Thanks Lori! Now I'm hungry for cookies and Oatmeal are my favorite! We're doing well with the eggless eating! I use ground flax as binder and it's working out great for things like meatballs or meatloaf. I also heard that potato starch makes a great substitute. I have yet to get my hands on a cookbook. Maybe I'll ask for one for Christmas!
