I am so curious. What are your plans for tonight? Anyone going to Borders for their Twilight party(starts at 10:00)? How about Wal Mart at midnight? Maybe you just plan on renting it later?
Ronnie and I are going to head out before midnight and go to Walmart to buy it at 12:01. She wanted to find a Borders having a party in Seattle-But I'm not a big "party" person. They say "some" of the actors are going to be surprise dropping in at some of the parties around the U.S. - I bet Stephenie Meyers never in her wildest dreams thought her book was going to go this far. She wrote the book for herself after having a dream. She first named the book "Forks" I'm glad she changed it to Twilight. When she did go out looking for a publisher she got turned down by SOOO many and some of the refusal letters were super mean! Stephenie is laughing all the way to the bank now! Just goes to show, if you believe in something and try hard enough your wildest dreams CAN come true. Have a great day, I'm sending you a E mail next! Robin~♥
lol..well...I've had it on dvd for about 2 months..LOL..but I'm still buying this one..cause I want the extras and all..but I'm waiting until the 30th!
I was going to send my hubby to WalMart at midnight, but he was thinking ahead and put it on our NetFlix and just emailed me that it will be here tomorrow!! So I will be watching it tomorrow and I will buy it, but not have to deal with the crowds!!
It is a good movie. I haven't read the books. My daughter works at Blockbuster and she can rent them before they are released. That dvd got a workout this week. Everyone in the house watched it a couple of times. My daughter also bought it but can't get it until tomorrow. My youngest wants to party. lol I have to get busy reading. I want to know what happens in the next movie!

Ahh! I wish I could go to the Borders party.. but I pre-ordered my copy since I have to leave for work at 5:30 tomorrow morning.

ReplyDeleteI never read the book or saw the movie. Not a big fan of vampires but if it comes on tv or HBO I may watch it to see what the hype is all about.
