Tonight is the BIG NIGHT! I am one Nervous Nellie, let me tell you. I am in the middle of getting costumes together, hair curled, make-up organized, rehearsing lines, etc....
In case you do not know, Amanda is going to be Alice and Katie is going to be an oyster in our home school coop's production of Alice in Wonderland. They are not nervous in the least! I am anxious enough for everyone involved! sigh...
Please say a little prayer that everything will go well tonight. I just want my girls to have fun and to feel good about what they have done. They have worked so hard and I am truly very proud of both of them.:) It can be scary getting in front of a large group. Certainly not my favorite thing to do...
Oh, how fun! I love theater productions! I will definitely say a prayer for your girlies...they're going to do great!
ReplyDeleteoh, they will be fantastic! don't worry...(easy for me to say...I know you know!) just HAVE FUN! Enjoy yourself and your sweet girls!! :):)

ReplyDeleteThey will be great! Lola is going to be in an Alice in the Land of Oz (combining two classics) musical at our local YMCA. Must be the year of Alice!

Hope everyone enjoyed their selves! I bet it was a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteSydney still talkes about the opera they did together. I started the kids up in piano lessons again.
Best, best wishes! I know just how you feel. WE just want them to have a self-building experience and heaven forbid anything go wrong. We don't want them writing on their blogs someday about the embarrassing moment they had once onstage (see I have thought this through-only it is ballet for us!). I am sure it will be wonderful-can't wait for pics!
ReplyDeleteSounds like lots of fun! I love watching plays. Can't wait to see pics.
ReplyDeleteHope all went well Lori, I'm sure they did fantastic. It can be really intimidating getting up in front of a crowd to perform...especially as a kid. Good for them and so cute of you to be so nervous for them ;-) Can't wait to hear about it.
ReplyDeleteJamie :)
