Shaun Cassidy

The girls and I have been watching the old "Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys" TV show. Oh, how I loved Shaun Cassidy... 30 years ago. I had forgotten all the songs and how cute he was! sigh... I was afraid that my girls would laugh at my first crush, but guess what?? They think he's cute, too! YES! They love to hear the songs! They love his hair, his smile, etc. So, I have been happily dancing down memory lane the past few days.:) I even have his greatest hits in my cart at Amazon.com! Who was your first crush? Did anyone get to see Shaun in concert? I did- twice! By the way, Shaun still rocks!!!

Here's a little treat for you! Shaun as Joe Hardy!

  9. A year or so ago I posted two poems I found in an old diary--one for Shaun and one for Parker. I remember one line, "Who's a little bit chubby but would make a good hubby? Parker."

  10. Hey, Lori do you own the movies your watching? I'm trying really hard to remember who I had a crush on! I'm a 70's girl so there were alot of great shows on TV and rock-n-roll bands! I think my crushes were all on real boys at that time! LOL The snow in the blog before this one looks alot like Michigan snow! I'd say you have more than we do right now! It's just really cold here!! XO Fran.

  13. I just have to post that while I did really like Shaun Cassidy, Leif Garrett was my guy. Well, that little stinker was arrested on heroin charges yesterday. What in the world! I guess it is a good thing I got over him years ago.

It was great to chat with my dear sister again. Even though you are so far away it feels like you are right next to me when we talk.

  18. That's how I found my way here.. googling on Shaun Cassidy. Back in 1977 I was 13 and didn't have money to buy Tiger Beat monthly nor even know about his concerts. Now with so much info on the internet I can do some catching up on news of him. Looks like he's doing very well too. I just recently started listening to his songs again and I still love his singing voice. As for his cuteness...well, he still makes me smile.
