What's Up...

What's Up...

Planning on making quilts with my girls baby clothes.

Started walking 2 miles a day. My neighbor told me I walked fast.
Made my day.

Feeling guilty when I don't agree with others. Even when I am
with the majority.

Happy the mean girl in gymnastics dropped out.

Looking forward to a bonfire at my friend's house. Still too
warm, though.

Loving e-mails from my sister who is visiting France. Today she
visited a place where she said the Volturi would live... if they
were French.:)

Marveling at what God thinks I can handle. He is never wrong.

Using my crock pot... a lot. Love that.

Itching to make Christmas gifts. But what?

Having a hard time keeping a secret.

Waiting for a late night thunderstorm.

What's new with you?

  7. Hi Lori
I enjoyed hearing about 'what's up' with you at the moment. Making a quilt from baby clothes sounds a great idea. Wish I had throught of that. Glad your sister is enjoying France. You have me intrigued about the secret now! I am imagining all sorts! What's new with me? Can't think of anything really. Oh I started a new book today. The main thing here is that the weather has turned really cold all of a sudden. Thinking of you walking your 2 miles a day and wishing we were walking together and chatting.

  8. Love that you are walking and are a fast walker - I am too! Maybe because I'm short and always had to keep up with everyone else!

Have fabulous that your sister is in France! AND she found a place where the Volturi would live - I loved that ;)

Secrets.....I have a vault (Seinfeld eppisode) where I store all of them. :)

Enjoy your week and come visit AZ again soon! We're almost through with our blazing summer!

  10. Ohhh... fun stuff!! I've started thinking about Christmas already, too! Knitting, sewing, jewelry, canvases...so many ideas!

Secret-- someone is pregnant?? Yes? It seems to be in the water right now!!-- I have 17 pregnant friends, and two who just gave birth. No joke.

Stop feeling guilty. Agree in alignment with God's Word, and the majority or minority can choose to follow, or not. Stand up for what you believe. :-)

Late night thunderstorm-- same here. Bring it on.

  12. I wanted to start riding my bike....but that's as far as I've gotten! I also marvel at what God thinks I can handle---and wonder if He's lost His mind! Just trying to take it one step at a time while holding on to His hand.
