  4. Hi Lori
We love parsnips. Roasted parsnips are our favorites and parsnip soup too - yummy.
I dream of a closet like that!
My plans for the rest of the month are just working as usual, planning more of our Disney trip and helping a friend with a fundraising coffee morning.

  5. I wish that was my closet!! I think it's as big as my bedroom! :) I have a secret project I'll be working on this week. I'm so excited. I just hope I can get it all done in time.
I don't think I've ever had parsnips...I have had rutabagas before! I think we should try parsnips. The kids would love it!! :)

  7. Those are all good things to think about! I plan on being more crafty this year. This weekend I made quite a bit for my etsy site and customers! I guess that was a great start! I plan on reading more and possibly gardening more!

I just had parsnips for the first time Christmas Eve. Megan, my oldest daughter made them with some other root veggies with the leg of lamb she made. They were good!
