No Resolutions, Just Dreams...

This year I did not make any resolutions.  I never keep them.  Instead, I started making a list of things that I would like to do this year, or at least some point in my life.  I dare you to make one, too.  It truly makes you think about what your hopes and dreams are...  Have fun!

I want to take a cruise to Bermuda with Jeff and the girls.  Jeff and I went there on our honeymoon and it truly is heaven on earth.  Of course, any place would be nice...

I want to host mystery weekends at a gorgeous bed and breakfast like this one...

I want to own a Golden Retriever.  The puppies are cuter than cute, but I truly want an older dog that is past the chewing stage and just wants to be petted and loved.:)

I want to go to Maine and eat fresh lobster.  Oh my goodness!  I also want to see the lighthouses, go antiquing, enjoy the B&B's...  sigh...

I want to travel to Ireland and take a million pictures.  I want to just sit and listen to that lovely Irish accent...
   What's on your list???

  10. I was just talking to my husband about this and he said to spend more quality time with us-to make memories for and with the kids. I am so on the same page with him, for us, we don't have wonderful memories from childhood, but want our children to have them. Oh, and I want to learn to embroider and knit or crochet.
I don't make resolutions either, I have next to no willpower.

  11. I was thinking of hosting a pumpkin carving party too! Maybe we can do one across bloggy land and have photos put up and a poll to see who the winner would be - Beth

I'm just drying my tears from reading about Tristan's loss of her baby and the way they treated her :-( I hope that you two have fun in Ireland ;-) I know she wanted that baby so bad...

  14. Hi Lori
I enjoyed reading your Dream List. I will join you in Maine and Bermuda. I would love to go to those places. I would also love to come to the Pumpkin Party and the Mystery Weekend. I am not sure about the Golden Retriever. They are my favorite dogs but I am a little nervous of dogs in general! On my list is our trip to Florida where we are hoping to meet our 'special friends'!

  18. Hi Lori, I like your new blog background. I've changed mine about 3-4 times in the last 2 days! LOL! Great list! The mystery weekends at a B&B would be really nice!

I don't know if I told you or not, but Ashley LOVED her Paris bracelet! My MIL did too! I think she was impressed that it was custom and that made it extra special! :) ~hugs, Rhonda
