About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Sweating Bullets Part 2

I do not perform well under pressure. Good thing my girls do not take after me. Look at these sweet girls celebrating with ice cream! Is there any other way?

As you can see, these pictures are not in the right order- lol. The Katie twins tried out for the Nutcracker last week. Katie's Mom and I applied their make-up, styled their hair (my sweet friend had to do Katie's hair again since I was such a nervous wreck!) and got them there on time.

Their audition was 45 minutes long!

Look at those sweet faces.:) Not a bit nervous and ready for this new adventure!

It helps having a friend go with you.:) ( That goes for Moms, too!)

A little bit of warming up...

The wonderful news is they were both cast in the Nutcracker! Yippee!

Lori, this brings back so many memories for me of when Jessica did ballet and tap.

yeah for the girls...my girls will audition for The Nutcracker in two weeks. They were both in it last year and my youngest daughter was in it the year before, so this will be our 3rd Nutcracker. They will love being part of the Nutcracker!

Woohoo for katie and her friend! I love seeing the Nutcracker. I thought about taking Lexi for auditions but decided I will wait till next year. This is her first year of dance and has only had one class which was last week...still need to blog on that.

Can't wait to see pics of her performance later on in the year!
