About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Hi Lori
We love parsnips. Roasted parsnips are our favorites and parsnip soup too - yummy.
I dream of a closet like that!
My plans for the rest of the month are just working as usual, planning more of our Disney trip and helping a friend with a fundraising coffee morning.

I wish that was my closet!! I think it's as big as my bedroom! :) I have a secret project I'll be working on this week. I'm so excited. I just hope I can get it all done in time.
I don't think I've ever had parsnips...I have had rutabagas before! I think we should try parsnips. The kids would love it!! :)

Those are all good things to think about! I plan on being more crafty this year. This weekend I made quite a bit for my etsy site and customers! I guess that was a great start! I plan on reading more and possibly gardening more!

I just had parsnips for the first time Christmas Eve. Megan, my oldest daughter made them with some other root veggies with the leg of lamb she made. They were good!

I have never tried a parsnip before...I wonder how they taste? My plans include trying HARD to sell this house once and for all!:)
