About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Footie Jammies and Growing Up

When my girls were little they wore lots of footie jammies.
I was so sad when they grew larger than a 5T at GAP.
Look what we found today at Target!
Footie jammies up to size 14/16!

The girls are absolutely giddy!
They're also quite cozy.
Bring on winter.:)

Katie's Girl Scout troop participated in Project Christmas Child.
They had such fun filling the packages!

They packaged up 30 boxes.
Such a good feeling.
Mandy had her hair styled the other day.
Love. It.
Now, if we could only have the stylist come and live with us.

I am getting friendly with the flat iron.

She's almost 13.
Oh boy.
Or should I say, oh boys?

SOOOOO cute!**

Hi Lori
The girls looks so snuggly in their footie jammies. That's a great idea to make them for adults too. Glad Katie had fun filling the show boxes. One year Jessica put a letter in her box and we received a reply. It was a lovely surprise and we have sent the girl other things since. Mandy's hair looks lovely. She is so pretty and looks to have grown up all of a sudden. I would say she has the exact same color hair as Jessica. Good luck with the straighteners!

Mandy looks so very grown up and you said it "oh boys!!". That was very good of Katie's Troop to make up all those boxes! We have something similar at our church called The Shoebox Ministry, which was started by Billy Graham. Woohoo on the footie PJ's!!

And about 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers'...Sara and I watched that last year and laughed through the whole thing!!! I don't know why it tickled our funny bones so much, but it did. :-D
