About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Dear Crock Pot,

My lowly crock pot.
How I love thee.

We received two for our wedding and returned them both.
I thought they were tacky.

I was so young.

Look what I can make with one now...

Crock Pot Triple Chocolate Mess:

1 package chocolate (or vanilla) cake mix
1 pint sour cream (2 cups for those of you that don't know what a pint is. Not that this happened to me or anything.)
1 small package instant chocolate pudding (or vanilla!)
1 small bag chocolate chips
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup water

Spray your dear crock pot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour into crock pot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Leave your house and return home to the most mouth watering aroma. You're welcome.:)

I am off to enjoy my vanilla version. Vanilla rocks.

Thanks for sharing this! Hope you're having a wonderful night...

YUMMY! I don't think I could make it without my crockpot. I love putting meat in it in the morning and not having to think about dinner for the rest of the day. I have never tried a dessert but will now.

Ok...I am drooling right now...SERIOUSLY! This sounds absolultely heavenly! Do you just scoop it out and put it in a bowl? Bet it's good with ice cream on top!

This sounds a wonderful idea. I don't have a crockpot. I always associated them with stews or casseroles! I can just imagine delicious smell. Think I need to get one, SOON!

I got a very tacky gold crock pot for my wedding gift too and I love it. I went and bought another one last year - a big red one. I love having two. I also have a mini one that works great for dipping sauces.
