About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Decorative Hanging Cones

I found this cute hanging cone decoration at Tuesday Morning the other day.  I bought two of them (one went to a swap partner) as that was all the store received.  I planned on hanging them from my chandelier, as pictured, but I need more....

Isn't the beaded handle fun?  Just wire and seed beads...

How about the dangles at the bottom?   I certainly have beads, now where to start?

Look what I found at Hobby Lobby the next day!

Now I just need to add some decorative paper, "hairy" trim and some jewels...

   To be continued...:)

I tried to make a Halloween cone from scratch the other day and it was pretty hard! Did not come out well....

I like the idea of buying the premade cone and then decorating. We dont have Hobby Lobby...maybe Michael's will have them. Thanks for sharing!

You are too sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wore my bracelet today to pick up the kids from school and right when Ronnie got in she said,"oh my goodness that is SO beautiful, where in the world did you buy that?" (looking at your bracelet) I told her you made it, she didn't believe me! Anyway, I'm just crazy in love with it! Thank you so much Lori~♥
