About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Action Alert- TOS review

As I watch my girls grow and mature I worry more and more about what (and who) they will encounter in life.  I was offered the opportunity to review Action Alert and it has given me one less thing to worry about.  Online safety.  I feel that my girls are quite trust worthy and responsible, but what about online predators and pornography?  Sadly, they exist.  Action Alert gives you control and a heads up about what is being seen on your computer.  They give parents a report as to what is being viewed and also the ability to shut down your computer, if necessary, from your cell phone!  Wow!

Action Alert also offers these features:

-keeps track of online chatting
-keeps track of emails
-blocks sites
-60 hours of activity recording
-allows parents to control computer time usage
-filters content

I was quite impressed with Action Alert.  It's like a computer babysitter.:)  It has been featured on the Today Show and is also a winner of Disney's iParenting Award.

Action Alert offers 2 options:
and
Maximum Protection ($29.99) Maximum Protection covers additional facebook safety, protects more than one child and computer in the same home.
They also offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

*I was given a few trial to Action Alert in exchange for my honest opinion.  No other compensation was received.*

That sounds awesome! Otherwise I have to sit next to everyone and watch what they are doing. Yeah, they love that!!!

I've never heard of Action Alert, but I am definitely all for it. We live in a different time now. The risks to kids of being online are mind-boggling. As parents, it's our right and duty to do whatever it takes to ensure that our kids are protected.
