- Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! A New Leaf
I have to slow down. Filling each day to the maximum is taking a toll on me. Between home schooling the girls, being the family chauffeur, planning home school field trips, and basically running around like a crazy woman something has got to change. I am taking baby steps toward this and it is definitely making a difference for which I am thankful. I am starting to make "me" a priority and it feels good. Plus, my family will reap the benefits.:-) Today the girls and I will make pumpkin apple butter, look for colorful fall leaves and just enjoy being together. Mandy has offered to brush my hair, give me massages and do yoga with me.:-) She knows I have not been feeling well. Bless her heart, she is an absolute angel and I love her so.
