- Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Happy Birthday Jeff!
Jeff celebrated his 40th birthday on December 31st. He's starting to make groaning noises when he gets up off the floor and he does whine about a few aches, but besides that he is still the same great guy I met all those years ago.:-) Grandpa John and Grandma Patty came down to help us celebrate and we had so much fun! We started that morning with French Breakfast Puffs, fresh berries and mimosas- divine! Then the boys took Mandy and Katie geocaching and Patty and I got to go shopping (Kind of felt like it was MY birthday). Later we met for lunch at Mimi's Cafe and then we were off to a game of bowling. You may notice that my initials are not on the screen- well, someone had to take the pictures...:-) We ended the day watching the movie Ratatouille (a Christmas gift from John and Patty). Such a charming movie... I love it when Remy runs back to Linguine instead of escaping. Anyway, I think Jeff had a nice birthday. He certainly is having fun with the Wii my parents bought both of us for our birthdays! But that is another entry...:-)
