About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Bible Camp

Ahhh, summer.  A time to kick back and enjoy the great outdoors.  (I am all for this, just make sure I get a shower at the beginning and end of the day, thank you very much.)  Yes it is hot already, but if you're in the shade, who cares?  Today, Katie enjoyed her first day of Bible Camp.  There were ponies, kittens, pigs, goats, bunnies, guinea pigs, chickens, turtles, frogs, etc.  Plus, there were tire swings, old fashioned teeter totters, crafts, etc.  Not a TV, Nintendo, or Ipod in sight.  Love it.  As you can see, Mandy wanted to stay, too!   Well, we actually will be staying tomorrow, as they need a few extra hands so I am now an official "team leader".  What have I gotten myself into?

Oh, it looks like so much fun! The boys go to several Vacation Bible Schools over the summer, and they love it! How are you by the by? Been hitting any good yard sales? Take Care!

That sounds so wonderful! Not a modern convenience around... that is recipe for a marvelous summer!
