About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! I'm Lovin' Your Blog!

My sweet friend, Lindsay, gave me this award.  Lindsay, you are the sweetest!  The rules are as follows:
1. Name 5 things you love.  Lindsay decided to write 5 things she loves about Christmas and I will do the same.:)
2. Pass the award on to 5 blogs you love.
3. Please link back to my blog.:)

Here are my 5 things I love about Christmas:

1. I love listening to Christmas carols- especially "Oh, Holy Night".  That song reaches deep inside of me and makes me focus on the real reason for the Christmas season- Jesus Christ.
2. I love making homemade cookies and sending the girls off with a basket full (while they are still warm) to deliver to the neighbors.
3. I love unpacking our Christmas ornaments and enjoying the sweet memories that go along with each one.
4. I love choosing the right picture(s) for our Christmas cards.  Speaking of which, I need to get busy doing just that!
5. I love snuggling under our heated blanket.  Sheer heaven.:)  The only problem is, we never want to leave!

I will pass this award on to:
Heather at Six Scavos, Joy at Joyfulness, Amy at Live in Pink Hi Tops, Kimberly at Busy Being a fabulous Mom and Allyson at House of Stephens.
