About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! Walking on Broken Glass

Last night I went walking with my fabulous and fun friend, Alicia.  We had talked about getting together and it was a wonderful surprise when she showed up at my door!  Alicia is the type of friend that I could spend endless hours with and she really "fills me up", if you know what I mean.:-)  We walked quite a bit, though the time flew right by, and talked about a number of things.  Then we began to talk about God.  She told me that she had listened to a man speak about the Lord one evening and the words that he said will stay with me for a long time.  He said that, "If we truly believe in what God has done for us we would be willing to walk across broken glass to tell others."  Wow.  I still get chills just thinking about it!  These words really spoke to my heart and I hope they will speak to yours, too...

That is what my beading has been about for several years now! Telling ppl about the awesomeness of God. You would enjoy reading the stories I wrote for my beaded art dolls for Land of Odds. I just recently came up with the phrase "Beaded 2 Bless" Thanks for sharing!
