I want to create these at some point today. They just sing "SPRING" and "PARTY"! My Mom is coming tomorrow and that makes me want to throw a party, let me tell you!
I am in the middle of feathering the nest (still) and want my Mom to feel most welcome. We really want her to stay with us forever (or at least next door) but I think my Dad would get lonely. Dad, you come stay, too!:) These are a few of the goodies we are placing in the guest room, in case she wants a "midnight snack"....
A few more touches and I think we will be ready. Still searching for something to put over the headboard....

Oh I am sure your Mom will enjoy her stay! My parents live a good ways from me so it is always nice when they come to visit but it is not often since my dad is a minister and his main work day is Sunday.
Love the yum ball and saw where Jen and Elise had one so I would really love to see how you make these Lori. I am getting jealous with all the yummness around here...

I love the snacks, I do that when my parents come to visit too-I put their favorites in a basket by the bed with bottled water~ It's always nice to have a snackie near by huh? :)

LOVE that bag, first of all! I am drooling a tiny bit over that...okay a lot! Love it! Congrats on winning...ever since the swap I am seeing so many birdie things everywhere....I think it may have to become an annual thing.... what ya think? Have a fun visit with your mom...if you put snacks out for me..you would have a hard time getting rid of me..lol! And, thank you for the well wishes on hubby's job..we are feeling so grateful!
