About Me

My photo
Mysteries, polka dots, California Rolls, TJ Maxx, cozy blankets, rainy days and getting the first spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar make me smile. Spiders, rude people, cold fingers and toes, baby leashes, people that don't wrap their packages before going to the Post Office, poison ivy and Math (pretty much all of it) make me want to scream. My perfect day would be spent with my wonderful husband and sweet girls- watching movies in our jammies! Of course, having the movie theater to ourselves would be great, too. Please pass the popcorn and M&M's.:) I am saved by the grace of God. He is my constant companion and hears my every prayer. What a blessing! I'd love to hear from you! More Nancy Drew Goodies!

Amanda (Val's partner) was assigned The Sign of the Twisted Candles as her mystery.  Look at the darling towels she made!  She also included candles, soaps, magnifying glasses and a copy of The Whispered Watchword...  Fabulous package, Amanda!

Tara was partners with Wanda and her mystery was The Ghost of Blackwood Hall.  (This is her sweet dog, Hodges, isn't she precious.:))  Tara included a Nancy Drew cookbook (Wanda loves to cook), walnuts (in honor of Blackwood Hall), a Nancy Drew bookmark, Nancy Drew paper dolls, Nancy Drew Mad Libs, and a vintage apron (that Nancy may have worn!)  Wow, Tara!  I want to be your partner next time!:)

Keep sending your pictures ladies!  I am having such fun seeing them!  toosillysisters@cox.net

When I saw your swap I wanted to join in but then had no clue as to what a Nancy Drew swap would be...this looks like lots of great minds that know all about this show with all the goodies that have been made. Love the apron also that the last post was on. I would love to buy one also...maybe the lady will put a few in her shop. Loved reading about this and look forward to seeing more ideas on this swap.
